Setting up the Planet Quest Exhibition

The full exhibition needs 808 feet, but can be scaled down if you don't have that much space. Here are some TIPS for setup.

The Chart [above] shows the distances for the stations in feet and in yards. Most people can step 3 feet so the yards could be used to step off the distances

In the football field example [left], since the solar system iis 269 yards long, the path goes around the outside of the field and includes the endzone.

Another option would be to set up the planets through Saturn to scale, but then set Uranus and Neptune just past Saturn with a sign stating they are not to scale. This option gives the user the flexibility to shorten the path, if needed.

The Exhibition Kit includes a "Directional" station [left] that can be placed strategically to point explorers to the starting point.

The orientation of the Planet Quests is critical. Make sure the arrows on the station are pointing in the correct direction. The path is designed to go left to right.

The distance to the next station is indicated on each station in feet. Use the chart above to help you step it off in yards if you don't have a tape measure.

Please set up the path to be safe for the explorers.
